Meetings will be held 6:00 p.m. on the third Monday of the month in the Administration Building Boardroom, unless otherwise indicated. A copy of the meeting materials can be obtained from the Board of Trustees office 517-483-5252 or duncanb@star.lcc.edu.
Minutes shall be available no later than five business days after the meeting at which the minutes are approved. Note: Only approved minutes are posted on the web.
Unapproved minutes are made available for public inspection only (but not copying) at the office of the Board of Trustees.
Meetings of the Board of Trustees are held in person. Seating is limited. Participants can attend virtually by Webex. Webex information is always provided on the official meeting agenda. Individuals wishing to make a "limited public comment regarding an agenda" item OR "public comment" please email duncanb@star.lcc.edu by noon on meeting day. Public Comments can be made in person or virtually. If you are making your comments in person please email duncanb@star.lcc.edu by noon meeting day to reserve a seat.
