Greg Lattig

Greg Lattig is the athletic director at LCC. Greg Lattig has been working as LCC’s athletic director since the fall of 2021. Before joining LCC he was the athletic director at Mason High School for 15 years.

“It’s been a great change for me professionally to join the college,” Lattig said.

Lattig said his job mostly consists of supporting coaches and student/athletes. He said he works to give them resources, and is in charge of eligibility and scheduling.

The LCC Stars are Lattig's favorite sports teams, but other than that he is a big fan of the Michigan Wolverines. He is also a fan of any team from Cleveland; the reason being that it is his hometown.

Steve Cutter

Steve Cutter

Steve Cutter is the baseball coach at LCC and the assistant athletic director.

Coach Cutter is a well-rounded individual with coaching experience at all levels of baseball. He is passionate about developing good baseball players into excellent baseball players. Through his coaching experiences, he has developed many relationships that will benefit our student-athletes who have the desire to continue playing in college at the next level. Coach Cutter expressed an understanding of the college’s efforts related to diversity and firmly believes that athletics can support and advance these initiatives, Waters said. Perhaps most importantly, he is sincerely interested in helping players be successful and experience personal growth and success in whatever way success is defined for that individual, on the field and off. He feels strongly that community involvement is important to achieve success at the highest level. He is a servant leader and a great example and mentor for our student-athletes and LCC athletics.

Cutter started his coaching career in 2010 at the youth level for Beach Little League. There, he found his true calling in life and passion for teaching life skills through the game of baseball.
