Hosted by Kyle Jakob and Dustin Abrego, B2B delves into the diverse paths and careers of those who have served their country and how they have got to where they are today. Covering topics such as transitioning to civilian life, physical and mental health, and the impact of veterans in our communities, B2B offers valuable insights for both veterans and civilians alike into the world's most diverse workforce.

The Hosts
Kyle Jakob
Kyle Jakob is the Coordinator for the Center for Veteran and Family Support (CVFS) at Lansing Community College. As an Army Veteran, he spent four years on active duty stationed at Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Washington state and later in Tokyo, Japan. After the Army, Kyle earned his B.A. in Communications and Marketing from the University of Toledo. While working in the Military Service Center at UToledo, Kyle discovered a passion for working with students and decided to earn a M.A. in Higher Education from the University of Michigan. Kyle is excited for the opportunity to shed light on the Military Connected population.
Dustin Abrego
Dustin Abrego is an Academic Advisor here at LCC. He is a student affairs professional, speaker, leadership consultant, and personal coach. He earned his B.A.A. in Radio Broadcasting but decided that helping students was more of his calling. Dustin earned his M.S. in Educational Leadership and has been empowering students ever since. He is thrilled to be back on the air and telling the stories of the community once again.
