LCC East Computer Lab is open in room 211 during business hours and closes 10 minutes before building closing time.

Course Testing

Make-up testing for LCC East courses is available at the instructor's discretion. Course exam testing for LCC East hybrid courses and select online courses is available during the dates specified by your instructor.  Testing is on a walk-in basis. A picture ID is required to test.

Placement Testing

Placement testing in reading, writing (and math for certain courses) is necessary to meet course prerequisites. Testing is on a walk-in basis. To test, you must be admitted to the college and present a picture ID.

Waiver Information

You may be able to waive placement testing if you have a qualifying score on the ACT, SAT or AP tests, a 2.0 or higher in a qualifying class, a high school GPA of 2.5 or higher within 10 years, or an Associates Degree or higher. Bring in an unofficial copy of your college transcript, high school transcript, or ACT/SAT/AP results sheet to be evaluated for potential granting of reading, writing, or math placement levels.
