Program Structure
Monthly Program Meetings
Every month, WISE scholars will engage in a variety of topics that resonate with the experiences of women of color, including: goal setting, networking, experiencing microaggressions, and resisting imposter syndrome.
Next Level Networking
WISE scholars will meet with mentors during programs meeting and engage with campus and community mentors during monthly Next Level Networking sessions. During these sessions, WISE scholars are encouraged to learn about mentors’ academic and career trajectories and engage in dialogue surrounding overcoming barriers to achieve goals.
