Olga M. Correa, M.Ed. (she/her/ella) is an educator, higher education administrator, and first-generation college graduate. She has been committed to creating both supportive and inclusive environments on college campuses for the past decade through her work in student affairs, service-learning, enrollment services, and college access and retention programs. Olga brings an array of knowledge surrounding the sociohistorical factors that influence students’ pathways and barriers to education.

Throughout her career, she has collaborated with diverse groups of students, faculty, administrators, and community members to improve access and retention amongst students of color, first-generation students, LGBTQ+ students, and other marginalized students in higher education.

Olga is a Doctoral Candidate in Educational Leadership at the University of Massachusetts Amherst where she examines school segregation in K-12 public schools and works alongside families and youth to challenge and dismantle educational policies and practices that uphold racial discrimination. Olga received her M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and her B.A. in Sociology from William Paterson University.
