Downtown and East Campus
Water purveyor is Lansing Board of Water and Light (LBWL). LBWL monitors water quality throughout the year at representative sites across their distribution system. Information regarding LBWL water quality and frequently asked questions can be found by visiting the LBWL Water Resource Center.
West Campus
Water purveyor is Delta Township. Information regarding Delta Township's water quality can be found by visiting the Delta Township Annual Water Quality Report.
Mason Aviation
Water purveyor is the City of Mason. Information regarding the City of Mason's water quality can be found by visiting the Mason Michigan Public Works.
Livingston Center
Water purveyor is M.H.O.G. (Marion, Hamburg, Oceola, Genoa) Sewer & Water Utilities. Information regarding M.H.O.G. (Marion, Hamburg, Oceola, Genoa) Sewer & Water Utilities water quality can be found by visiting the MHOG Utility Department.
If you have ruled out the common issues listed by LBWL, Delta Township, the City of Mason, or MHOG and you believe the water quality may be causing you to be ill report it to your supervisor. Your supervisor will contact Occupational and Environmental Safety (OES) to request a water quality investigation.
Water quality issues related to leased facilities (i.e. East Campus and Livingston Center) will be coordinated by Administrative Services with the landlord.
