  • Chief Financial Officer
  • Dean of Student Affairs
  • Executive Director - Human Resources
  • Executive Director - Center for Data Science

Requests for projects involving the Information Technology Services Division must be approved by the requestor's Executive Leadership Team's (ELT) representative prior to submission via the Five Star Service Center.

Upon receipt, the ITS Division will contact the requestor for further information and will score the request according to the following criteria:

  • Health and Safety
  • Regulatory
  • Strategic Plan Alignment
  • Consequences of Risk (dollars, reputation)
  • Stakeholder Impact
  • ROI/Stakeholder Impact
  • Deadline/Why
  • Requestor/Driver

Project requests are then presented to PMRT for discussion, disposition, and prioritization. In addition to the above criteria, PMRT will take into consideration the current active project load and the availability of resources (budget and staff) needed for the project. Approved projects requiring the acquisition of software solutions will be advanced to the College's Purchasing process.

In addition to the review of new project requests, PMRT will review the current status of active projects and consider moving approved projects from the pipeline to active status according to their priority and the availability of needed resources.
