Lansing Community College is thrilled to host the MI-ACE Women's Network Annual Conference. The conference theme is EmpowerED: Break Barriers and Influence Change. With this in mind participants should expect to:
- Be encouraged and empowered to make positive progress in their personal and professional lives;
- Identify the influence they possess and receive tools to use such influence to make career paths smoother for the next generation of higher education leaders; and
- Become emboldened to adapt to ever-changing circumstances and develop strategies that foster success.

MI-ACE is the professional network for Michigan women in higher education. Lansing Community College is currently one of 50 member institutions within the MI-ACE Network.
Registration is Now Open! The 2025 Conference Registration Fees are as follows:
Members: $455
Non-Members: $485
All interested parties working in higher education are welcome to attend.
While not refundable, registration is transferable.
The Breaking the Glass pin was created in celebration of those who have overcome barriers and endeavor to continue doing so. They are made available for purchase through MI-ACE along with the MI-ACE pen and pencil set, another tangible reminder of the importance of supporting others, especially women.
By partnering with MI-ACE through sponsorships, you support the advancement of women in higher education, while promoting your brand and showcase services and/or products to colleges and universities across the state of Michigan.
