Dr. Dale Dan will join LCC on Jan. 8 as Chief Diversity Officer and head of the Office of Diversity and Inclusion. She brings the experience of a 20-year career in equity work, online education and teaching.

The Office of Diversity and Inclusion offers four programs open to all interested students:

• Access to College and Careers with Excellence through Student Support (ACCESS)
• Latinos Unidos con Energia, Respeto y Orgullo (LUCERO)
• Men About Progress (MAP)
• Women Inspiring Scholarship through Empowerment (WISE)

ODI also hosts study tables throughout the year. Study tables offer an opportunity for students to form study groups and invite tutors to join them in a unique learning environment, with music and snacks.
