Proctor Request Form

The deadline for new off-campus proctor requests for Spring 24 exams is April 22nd.
LCC testing locations

The Testing Support Office requires 5-7 business days to process a request. You will receive an email notification once your request is processed. Please verify with your instructor to determine if your exams must be proctored.

Contact your instructor if you will be unable to complete your exam by the due date due to a late proctor request.
