LCC recognizes National Apprenticeship Week with proclamation
Lansing Community College is proud to recognize the 85th anniversary of the National Apprenticeship Act with an official proclamation.
November 14-20, 2022 is also recognized as National Apprenticeship Week. For the eighth straight year, this nationwide celebration focuses on industry, labor, equity, the workforce, and education. It is a time to showcase how Registered Apprenticeships play a vital role in rebuilding our economy, and advancing racial and gender equity while supporting underserved communities.
LCC offers educational opportunities and assistance to both companies that are sponsoring an apprenticeship program, and employees who are sponsored apprentices.
If you are a company or apprentice who would like to find out more about LCC's apprenticeship services, please visit our Apprenticeship Office webpage or contact Susan VanderSloot at 517-483-1303.
