What are Equity Leaders for Inclusion (ELI)?
In alignment with the Strategic Plan Focus Area 3, Equity Leaders for Inclusion allow all areas of the College to embrace and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
ELIs are departmental volunteers who promote awareness of DEI planning and serve as points of contact for DEI implementation initiatives within their respective campus areas. Full and part time faculty & staff are invited to serve as ELIs for the 2023 calendar year.
