Lansing Community College
The Lansing Community College Athletics Department offers skill-building day camps for kids in grades 3 - 12. Volleyball and basketball summer camps are open to children of any gender and typically run June through July each year.

Basketball Camps

Grades 3 - 8 
LCC Downtown Campus Gymnasium

Led by the LCC Stars Men’s Head Coach, the Game Camp consists of an evaluation of players by coaches, a draft, and a pick for teams. The players will stay with the same coach and team for the week. This camp will teach offense sets and team defense. Instructors will provide daily input for skill improvement. The teams will play for a championship, and every team is in the tournament. There will also be contests with awards and guest speakers. On Friday, there will be a program for camp players and parents. 
Each Participant will receive a camp T-shirt. Participants should bring gym clothes, athletic shoes, and a water bottle.  All players are to bring lunch.

Volleyball Camps

Grades 4 - 8 and 9 -12
LCC Downtown Campus Gymnasium

 Led by LCC Stars Volleyball Head Coach, these camps will cover passing, serving, hitting, along with serve-receive drills while working on body position and movement skills associated with the game of volleyball.
Participants should bring gym clothes, volleyball shoes, kneepads, and a water bottle.
