Using the LCC 5Star Service Center

5Star CDS Request

Once there, click on the "Request Service" link and follow the directions given.

The more information you give us, the better we can fulfill your request.

You will receive a 5Star Ticket notification immediately after submission, and an email from CDS within 2 business days, acknowledging receipt of your request.

Please download the CDS Request form by clicking on the above link.

Fill out the form, making sure to include requester contact information.

Email the completed form to the Center for Data Science main mailbox at LCC-CDS@lcc.edu.

You will receive a 5Star Ticket notification and an email from CDS, within 2 business days, ackowledging receipt of your request.
