Help protect yourself and your loved ones! LCC’s annual Flu Shot Clinic will be held 8 a.m.-2:30 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 20, in HHS rooms 203/220. The clinic is open to all students and family members.

Be sure to bring your insurance card with you, if you have one. Most insurances cover 100% of the flu shot cost, since the vaccine is preventative. If you do not have or want to use your insurance, the shot is $20.

A flu shot not only lowers your chance of getting the flu but helps protect others who cannot be vaccinated. Influenza kills thousands of people in the U.S. every year, and getting vaccinated is an important step in saving lives.

COVID-19 boosters will be available at the clinic again this year. If you think you might be eligible for a booster, be sure to bring your COVID-19 vaccination card.

Flu shots are provided by Walmart Pharmacy.
