Internship Overview

CASE Credit Union internships offer a hands-on experience with an opportunity to learn leadership skills and the fundamentals of banking. As an intern, you will meet with and shadow executives and work alongside experienced team members who can offer insights to help you develop a strong understanding of the financial services industry. You will also gain knowledge of the ideals, regulations and challenges facing credit unions and gain a solid understanding of overall Credit Union operations. This position will spend time learning leadership skills from executives and managers within the Credit Union and rotate through essential departments, such as but not limited to: Branch Operations, Contact Center, Lending, eBranch and Accounting.

Time Commitment

The internship experience includes a 12-week rotation that provides insight into banking processes and how they interrelate and impact the member and the organization.

Who Should Apply?

LCC students pursuing an associate or bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or other business-related field and have completed three semester credit hours in core business-related courses.
