Upbound Staffing leads and supports neurodiversity-focused hiring initiatives across Michigan.  We are a staffing solutions company aiming to increase equity within the workforce while solving employers' biggest challenges being diversified hiring and retention.  Our mission is to enhance the economic integration, wealth, and independence of neurodivergent job seekers. What is one piece of career advice you would give lcc students?

For individuals who may identify with one of the diagnoses provided or others, do not let unwarranted stigma around disability keep you from seeking out the needed support to be successful.  Have the courage to seek assistance as there are many organizations invested in helping you reach success.
