We asked Shannon Grifka, Operations Manager, some questions about working for NeuroCare Home Health.

What makes your company a great place to work?

We focus on living. Encouraging our clients to live a more meaningful life. NeuroCare also focuses on providing work and life balance to our employees' lives. 

Describe the culture of your company.

Family orientated. Making lives better through compassion and caring. 

What majors do you hire?

We are more focused on health care majors but we hire all majors. Anyone who wants to give back and help others. 

Do you offer internship programs?

Not at this time.

Do you have any open positions you would like to highlight?

Home Health Aide.

What is one piece of career advice you would give lcc students?

Expand your skills and knowledge by going outside of your comfort zone. Try new things!

Is there anything else you would like to share?

NeuroCare's CEO, Nick Long, became a quadriplegic in 2002 and envisioned a place where people like him could be treated with compassion and care. NeuroCare shortly began after!
