LCC Clock Tower glowing blue

LANSING, Mich. - For the second year in a row, Lansing Community College will join faithful fans from across the state in supporting the Detroit Lions this playoff season. The college’s landmarks will turn blue to support the Detroit Lions as they look ahead to the Superbowl.

The Granger Clock Tower on the Downtown Campus and the dome at the West Campus location will glow blue as the Detroit Lions prepare to face the Washington Commanders in Saturday’s NFL Divisional playoff game.

“We’re excited to glow Honolulu blue again this year in support of the Detroit Lions,” said Steve Robinson LCC President. “The grit and pride the Lions have shown this season mirror the same fighting spirit we bring to helping our students succeed. We can truly relate.”

The team enters the playoffs in the top-seeded spot in the NFC and they hope to punch their ticket to Super Bowl LIX at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans on Sunday, Feb. 9. LCC landmarks will glow blue for every playoff game the Lions are in.

Go LIONS!
