Coalition for College and Career Readiness celebrating 10 years
C3R Summit has provided a decade of service
LANSING, Mich. – LCC’s Coalition for College and Career Readiness (C3R) is preparing to celebrate its
10th anniversary at 6 p.m. Oct. 10 on the Downtown Campus. For the last decade, C3R
has provided information and resources for education professionals who serve students
in mid-Michigan.
C3R seamlessly brings together P-20 constituencies (K-12 and Post-secondary) who
work collaboratively in developing skills necessary for college, career, and civic
readiness for learners, prenatal through adulthood.
Spearheaded at LCC by Dr. Toni Glasscoe, Associate Vice President for External Affairs,
Development, and K-12 Operations, C3R has successfully gathered together business,
industry, and community leaders to address the preparedness of tri-county area students
to attend college or progress to the workforce.
