Lansing, Mich. - The NJCAA Region XII champion Stars were eliminated in their bid for a national title but finished the season with an impressive 44-11 record under first-year coach, Steven Cutter.

Playing in the NJCAA Division II World Series for just the second time in LCC history, the Stars fell 7-0, to Florida State College sealing their fate.

“This was a great season for our Stars and one they will always remember,” said LCC President Steve Robinson. “I am extremely proud of the hard work, determination and effort from our student-athletes and the entire coaching staff.”
