THRIVE is LCC's leadership academy. This is a professional development program designed to support our administrators in preparing for the future at LCC. This program is designed to enhance personal reflection and professional development that enables you to lead with greater effectiveness and efficiency in your current and future positions. Only 25 administrators will be selected for this program during each iteration.
Our leaders face key challenges: uncertainty, need for speed, and changing demographics. In an information-rich, stimulating learning environment, we will address your role as a leader in such areas as communication, leading teams, diversity, ethics, and other leadership functions. Each session is designed to positively impact employee retention, student satisfaction, and overall productivity. You will work with a cohort of other leaders throughout the program.

Given the intense nature of the sessions, the activities involved, and the resulting need for continuity, we expect you to attend every session, to be available for the entire day without interruption, to participate fully in each session, and to complete all after-class assignments.
