Lansing Community College

All of the programs in this Career Community, including the Allied Health AAS, offer a path to employment and transfer into a four-year or bachelor's degree program. Programs in this Career Community can lead to work in dental hygiene, emergency medical services, human services, kinesiology/exercise science, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) technology, neurodiagnostic technology, nursing (PN and RN), radiologic technology, surgical technology, and ultrasound: diagnostic medical sonography. We also offer a number of short-term certificate programs in areas such as basic emergency medical services, computed tomography, EKG technician, group fitness instructor, long-term care nurse aide, massage therapy, medical assisting, medical insurance billing and coding, patient care technician, pharmacy technician, phlebotomy technician, and sterile processing. You can apply the courses for these certificates to an Allied Health Associate Degree.
