A Round of Applause is Coming Your Way!
Applause! is a college-wide recognition program designed to catch you providing exceptional service in any of the five LCC Customer Service Standards below! This program is open to all LCC employees including student employees.
How it works:
When you see another employee providing exceptional service, you can acknowledge that action using the Applause! Award card. This is a two-part carbonless card – give the top copy to the award recipient and the bottom copy to HR. Or, since you are already here, submit your Applause! Award nomination here:
That's not all!
Each week, those honored for their service will be featured in The Star employee newsletter.
