“The Umbrella Academy” is a sci-fi Netflix series based on the comic book of the same name.

“The Umbrella Academy” features five adoptive children, who each have unique superpower abilities, as well as their adoptive parent, Reginald Hargreeves, who was less of a father.

The latest release season premiered in June of 2022, taking us straight to the cliffhanger where the show left us at the end of season two.

After finally finding a way to travel back to their respective time period, it seems that the time briefcase has yet again landed them in a bizarre place: an alternate timeline.

In this timeline, The Umbrella Academy doesn’t exist. The superheroes of this world are The Sparrow Academy, with the same adoptive father, Reginald Hargreeves.

From clashing with The Sparrow Academy, trying to get answers from their father, and finding a way back home, the siblings are in for more than they can handle.

With the end of the world clock counting down once again for The Umbrella Academy siblings, they have to find a way to stop the world from ending.

I am a huge fan of sci-fi and recommend this show to anyone who is into science fiction, comics, or superheroes. My overall rating for the show is 5 out of 5 stars.
