LCC’s Office of Military and Veterans Affairs (OMVA) is hosting its annual Marine Corp. Toys for Tots drive in hope of reaching its goal of 300 toys to be gifted to children for the holidays.

“Donate new & pre-packaged toys,” said Veteran Security Officer Jesse Gonzales. “Anything that can help make a kid’s Christmas special.”

There are four donation boxes located on LCC’s downtown campus: in the Administration Building lobby, in the Gannon Building near the StarZone entrance, in the HHS Building rotunda and in the Huron Building lobby. There is also one box located in the west campus lobby.

“Toys for Tots help brighten a child’s Christmas by making it a little more special,” Gonzales said. “These children are beyond thankful. You should see the look on their faces!”

To donate online, scan the QR code on the posters next to donation boxes, or click here to donate online. The OMVA will be taking donations until Nov. 28.
