Students can take survey, win a prize

Students looking to voice an opinion on LCC, and would like a chance to be rewarded for it at the same time, look no further.

The student satisfactory survey (Ruffalo Noel Levitz survey) is an opportunity for students to share their feelings about experiences in or out of the classroom.

The survey was sent out via the LCC Gmail from LCC Center for Data Science on Nov. 21. In that email is a link to the survey.

Each student who completes the survey automatically has a chance to win a $100 gift card: one from LCC’s official online bookstore, and one via “Barnes and Noble College.”

LCC student Jeremy Scholten said he believes gift money could be very helpful.

“I did know about the student satisfactory survey,” Scholten said. “I think it is a great idea to allow kids to be able to win a $100 gift card that they can use toward textbooks or whatever materials they need.”

Among things asked to students: class information, registration difficulty and safety. The last day to take the survey is Dec. 16.
