Hope Heals: Car repair you can trust

I bought a 2017 Chevrolet Malibu about 14 months ago from a local dealership and it was the worst mistake of my life.
Sure, there were a few joy rides that I will always remember, but everything since then has been a complete headache. From seal kits to brake replacement to uncorrected recalls … it’s been a mess.
This is Lansing and, let’s be honest, there are only a few places that guarantee quality care. One of those places is the Belle Tire located at 8624 W. Saginaw Highway in Delta Township. Trust me.
When you go, you must, must, MUST ask for either Assistant Manager Ben Hill or Manager Josh Brennan. They are the location’s best employees and they provide the service you see in the commercials.
Like I said, I am often needing things repaired and, every time I have had the pleasure of working with these two, they both have a friendly smile to offer, a kind tone and … they just CARED. It was refreshing.
I showed up with my eyes barely open, thanks to writing a nine-page economics paper, but still managed to leave in a great mood. I was no longer terrified for my bank account thanks to their feedback, and that was really all I was looking for.
I have now scheduled repairs and feel much more settled about the whole thing but, it was touch and go there for a while.
I financed that car myself; I finance everything myself, but it is still the most money I have ever spent in my life. It means a lot to me to take care of my investments but, my car, for all intents and purposes, is my baby.
Nobody puts baby in the shop.
Belle Tire provides less stress, less of a bill and trustworthy service. Even if there isn’t a light on to drive you absolutely insane, I am a firm believer in check-ups.
Check the tire pressure, check your brake pads, and spark plugs. It doesn’t seem like that stuff matters in comparison to finals, but it’s a good reason to take a break, and it will save you so much down the road.
