Insty-Prints, the long-running marketing and print communications store in downtown Lansing, has been providing customers great services since 1984.
The print shop is located at 108 S. Washington Square, about half a mile from LCC’s main campus. From creating, printing, laminating and copying items to producing business cards, envelopes, posters, banners, signs and more, Insty-Prints is the place to go.
Jennifer Lamoreaux has worked at Insty-Prints for 28 years. She recently took over the business after the passing of her father, Mike Bruce. Lamoreaux manages the company while her mother, Annette Bruce, takes care of the books.
“He always prided the company in customer service; he wanted everyone to have an enjoyable time,” Lamoreaux said of her father. “Providing a friendly face and service was his goal. It’s nice to see returning faces.”
Insty-Prints provides wonderful customer service due to its morals and fun employees, Lamoreaux said.
Colleen Pearson, a customer service representative at Insty-Prints, runs around waiting on customers, copying, printing and selling supplies.
“Her days are crazy, very busy, while I may work on a single job for the whole week,” said graphic designer Kathy Hopkins, who has worked for Insty-Prints since 2005.
The staff strives to provide a quick, efficient and friendly way to fulfill customers’ printing needs.
“We’ve been downtown practically forever,” Lamoreaux said. “We continue to stay here, supporting the local business in Lansing.”
