Lansing Community College

LCC's Surgical Technology program is selective admission. In order to be considered as a candidate, students must meet admission requirements beyond those required for general admission to the college. There is no wait-list to enter the program; instead, acceptance is based on a point system. Check out the program advising guide for the application process and admission requirements.

Your future in the exciting field of surgical technology begins here with our comprehensive, hands-on Surgical Technology Program. After the completion of prerequisite courses, you'll begin your journey to an associate degree and an opportunity to take and pass the certifying examination offered by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting.

Lansing Community College's Surgical Technology program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs.
