Technical Support Specialist Fundamentals

In 6 weeks, you can learn the skills needed to become a full-time Technical Support Specialist with the potential to earn $17-22 per hour, with benefits.

This program is designed to help those with no experience or prior training in the Information Technology field to jumpstart their IT career with a solid foundation in tech fundamentals, gain entry-level employment, and for tech-adjacent workers looking to gain the tech literacy necessary to enhance job performance and efficiency. Participants will work to increase their customer service skills while gaining the technical knowledge needed for day-to-day tasks. This program will prepare participants to sit and pass the following nationally recognized credentials CompTIA Tech+ (formerly ITF+) and Direct Contact Service Professional (DCSP). Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to speak with IT professionals and learn about employment opportunities.

This intensive short-term training program is designed to help those with limited experience or prior training in the Information Technology field gain entry to mid-level employment. Throughout the program, participants will enhance their knowledge and understanding of the skills necessary to be a technical PC professional in today's digital world. Participants will also prepare to write and earn their CompTIA A+ certification, an industry-standard and recognized certification.

Bookkeeping Professional Program

Bookkeepers are vital to the financial health of many organizations. They are responsible for the day-to-day organization of financial records, documenting transactions and assisting with accounting reports. 

The Bookkeeping Professional program teaches individuals basic accounting principles and payroll, introduces them to industry-related technology and software, and enhances customer service and professional communication skills. This program will provide the skills needed to stand out to potential employers when looking for an entry-level bookkeeping role. Upon successful completion, participants will be able to sit for the exam needed to become a certified Bookkeeping Professional.

With this training you will understand the flow of a product from the time it enters a logistics facility through its processing, storage and shipment until it is transported to a final destination.

Emphasis is placed on programming, configuring, and optimizing programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to ensure efficient and safe operation of machinery. Upon completion, students will be prepared for industry-recognized SACA (Smart Automation Certification Alliance) credentials, demonstrating proficiency in modern automation technologies and controls. This certification boosts job readiness for roles in advanced manufacturing and automation industries.
