The Administrative Services Request Forms allow you to easily enter requests on-line for non-technology related services. Please call 483-5221 if you encounter any problems with this system.

The Administrative Service Work Request System (Famis) allows you to easily enter Work Requests on-line for the following services: Physical plant, Materials Management, Moving, and Campus Dinning. 

Log on Information

The link to the Famis work request system can be found in myLCC under the eToolbox (located on the left hand side under the work tab).  When you enter the Famis system you will not be prompted for a user name or password.  An account is generated for new employees automatically. If you are unable to access Famis through the eToolbox in myLCC please contact the Help Desk .

User profile

We recommend that you review your profile information in Famis by clicking the Customer Profile link on the left, to make sure your location and contact information are correct.

Tracking Your Request Status

The response time for requests depends varies depending on the request type.

To check the status of of your request

  1. Log into myLCC and then click the Famis link in the LCC eToolbox

  2. Click on Search for Work Requests - on the navigation bar at the top of the page.

  3. If you know your request number, that is all you need to enter, if not fill in the other fields

  4. Click the Execute Query button.
