Flexible Training Locations

We offer flexibility with training locations. We can accommodate your unique organizational training needs by offering training onsite or at your facility. Our mobile computer labs and equipment make it possible to offer important trainings at the facility of your choice.

Flexible Training Schedules

We offer flexibility with training schedules. We will work with you to create the most convenient schedules necessary in order to work around production schedules, organizational demands, and other significant time constraints on your organization or company. Our accelerated training helps to obtain necessary skills quickly and our flexibility allows us to extend training out as long as is feasible for you.

It's Your Choice

Choose standard or customized training. Whatever training needs you have, we can satisfy them! We offer a large array of standardized trainings and we can customize any training we have to fit your specific processes, policies, and preferences. Further, we can create training built to specifications.

Multiple Delivery Platforms

BCI offers the delivery of training through multiple training platforms for your convenience. We offer face-to-face classes onsite or at your facility, online classes, and hybrid classes.

Small Group Accommodations

We have options to accommodate small numbers. If you only have a few people in need of training and having your own class is not feasible, we provide options. Our multi-company training forums offer a platform to include individuals into the same training from multiple companies, which offers a solution to training and reduces overall cost per person. We also have our continuing education department, which offers open enrollment platforms for enrolling individuals.

Building Trainings

We can build any training you desire. At the BCI, we pride ourselves in knowing that we have the resources it takes to build any training needed. If you are not sure whether we would have the right training for your organization, ask us! We offer consultation to walk through route cause analysis and find the underlying cause of your training needs.

Partnerships, Grants, and Programs

We work hard to develop partnerships, strategic alliances, and collaborative relationships to find the greatest opportunities for the companies and organizations that we serve. We work well with our partners in local, regional and federal governments in order to provide and extend extremely beneficial programs and grants that help organizations pay for needed training of employees across all levels of your organization.
