How to Apply for the Lineworker Program
Information Sessions are now available for students wishing to join 2014-15 lineworker program! You must attend an information session on Wednesday, September 3rd or Tuesday, September 9th from 6:00pm to 9:00pm to be considered for Fall 2014. The information sessions are being held at LCC's West Campus, Auditorium Room S147, 5708 Cornerstone Dr. Lansing MI 48917.
Please note that this will be an accelerated application process to join the current group of students who started the program in Spring of 2014. A tentative timeline for this Fall's application process is listed below.

|Lineworker Physical Ability Test||October 8th, time slots available between 8:00 am & 12:00pm|
|Pole Climb Testing||October 7th & 9th, time slots available between 8:00am-12:00pm|
|Applicant Interviews||October 7th through 9th, time TBD|
|Applicants are Notified of Acceptance||October 10th before 4:00pm|
|Marshall Training Center Tour||October 15th, 10:00am-1:00pm|
|Mandatory Fitness Class||October 20th through December 15th|
|ELTE 270 Climbing Orientation Class||December 16th through December 20th|
If you cannot make arrangements to be a part of the the above dates, we recommend that you wait to apply to the program until Spring of 2015. You are still welcome to attend and learn about the program if you are interested.
At the information sessions you will have an opportunity to receive the program application and any important information you need to continue. You may wish to bring your calendar and something to take notes with. No RSVP is needed.
