Welcome to the Social Science Department
"Today
we are faced with the preeminent fact that, if civilization is to
survive, we must cultivate the science of human relationships - the
ability of all peoples, of all kinds, to live together and work
together in the same world, in peace."
Franklin Delano Roosevelt
Undelivered speech, 1945
The Social Science Department offers a variety of courses in disciplines which cover the evolving social, political, economic and technological trends which affect the wide range of human activity at work, at home, at school, and in the local and global communities.
