Youth Program (GATE/A+)
All Year Long
The LCC Youth Program is offering GATE and A+ Classes all year long! Our goal is to offer your student a wide variety of opportunities to enjoy high caliber academic pursuit in the fields of technology, science, math, engineering and the arts.
Regional Science Olympiad for grades 6 - 12
Regional Science Olympiad (RSO) is a science competition with 46 events where teams of 15 students compete. Science Olympiad is a national rigorous standards-based science competition with yearly rotating events, always representing the various components of STEM education.
The Early College
Application Deadline - March 24, 2017
The Early College at LCC provides mid-Michigan high school juniors the opportunity to earn up to two years of tuition free college credit or an associate degree as a part of their high school learning experience.
Dual Enrollment provides an opportunity for qualified high school students to earn college credit while working towards their high school diploma.

The High School Diploma Completion Initiative (HSDCI) is a unique opportunity for mid-Michigan students who have disconnected from their high school to jump-start their education and career preparation.
Learn to Swim
Registration is Ongoing
LCC offers scholarships for swim lessons to eligible community youth ages 9 and younger. Students will improve swimming skills, build confidence in the water and learn personal safety.

A+ Summer Youth Sports Camps
Students 4th - 8th grade can concentrate on their basketball and volleyball skills at our summer sports camps.
