Institutional Support for Employee Wellness

Employee Wellness operates as direct result of college's strategic goals:

  • Strategic Goal - Community: strengthen efforts to develop a culture that embraces arts, diversity and wellness which aligns with AQIP Category 9: Building Collaborative Relationships
  • Strategic Goal - Employees: Provide a culture of wellness through a healthy, safe and respectful environment which aligns with AQIP Category 4: Valuing People

Wellness Mission Statement

The Wellness Program is designed to provide all staff with opportunities to nurture the body, mind, and spirit.  Through comprehensive programming, LCC will demonstrate its commitment to wellness to all staff members.  November, 1997
