Join Douglas Sjoquist for a very imformative tour of LCC own
Shigematsu Memorial garden. Learn the meaning of all the rock formation
and history of the garden. Meet Doug near the garden entrance closest to
HHS.
When: July 8 from 12:00-1:00
Where: Shigematsu Garden near the fish pond
Meet LCC's own chef and nutrition expert for a taste and
explanation of healthy snacks that everyone will love. All participants
will receive a coupon for discounts on Wellness Wednesday lunches in Kennedy
Cafe.

Help us send kids back to school with supplies who would go without
our help. Contact your Wellness ambassador or Wellness Committee member
for more information and drop off locations.
Health Risk Appraisals
Help LCC continue in their aggregate data collection to
better serve employee wellness programming. Wellness Committee members
will help your department be successful in this endeavor.
