Banner

The Banner Student System is used for enrolling at LCC, registering  for classes and viewing academic history.

The Banner Student System provides comprehensive self-service online access to all your academic information in one location. You can access the Banner system through MyLCC.  To access MyLCC go to the LCC home page and click on "myLCC sign in" at the top of the page.

How do I Register for Classes?

How can I view my financial aid information?

  1. Log into MyLCC
  2. Click Banner.
  3. Click Financial Aid tab (is available when FA is offered to student).
  4. Click Award.
  5. Click Award for aid year >Select Yr >Submit.
  6. Click Award Overview Tab.
  7. Click Accept Award Offer Tab.
  8. Click Accept Decision.

How do I find my grades?

  1. Log into Banner through MyLCC.
  2. Click Student.
  3. Click Student Records.
  4. Click Academic Transcript.
  5. Click Submit (without making changes).
  6. Scroll all the way to the bottom for recent grades.

How do I get a Financial Aid tab?

If you just completed the FAFSA it will be a week before our Financial Aid office gets the information, and then the tab will be there. If you do not see the tab in a week, you should contact the Financial Aid office.

How do I login?

  1. Go to LCC's Homepage.
  2. Click "myLCC Sign In" at the top of the page.
  3. Login with your Username and password. This is the password you created when claiming your account.
  4. Click "Banner"

 

How do I reset my PIN for submitting a credit card payment?


Call the LCC Help Desk at 517-483-5221 press option 0.

You can also  email the LCC Help Desk at LCC1@lcc.edu. Please include the following information in your email:

Full Name
Mailing Address
Date of Birth
Username

How do I look up my unofficial transcript?

  1. Log into Banner through MyLCC.
  2. Click Student.
  3. Click Student Records.
  4. Click Academic Transcript.
  5. Click Submit (without making changes).

How do I view my schedule in Banner

To view your schedule:

  1. Log into Banner through MyLCC.
  2. Click Student.
  3. Click Registration.
  4. Click registration tasks.
  5. Click Student Detail Schedule.

Setting up the installment payment plan.

  1. Log into Banner through MyLCC.
  2. Click Student.
  3. Click on TouchNet Student Account Center.
  4. Click on "I Agree" to be redirected to the secure website.
  5. Click Payment Plan tab on the top menu bar.
  6. Click on Enroll Now.
  7. Select a term from the drop down list and click on Select.
  8. The installment payment plans you are eligible to enroll in are listed.
  9. Review the various requirements for the installment payment plans and determine which plan you would like to enroll in.
  10. Select the installment payment plan name from the drop down listing and click select.
  11. A description of the plan and plan details are then listed. Click on continue.
  12. Eligible charges and credits for the select term are presented.
  13. If the student would like to put a larger down payment than required, input this amount and click display schedule. Click on recalculate schedule and then click on continue.
  14. Select payment method - either add a new payment method or select a saved payment method.
  15. Review installment payment plan agreement.
  16. Must agree to the terms and conditions at the bottom of the page. Click I Agree and then click Continue.

NOTE: If you would like to make a payment on your account outside of the payment plan schedule, you must come to the StarZone and make an in person payment.
