    Recipients must be enrolled in a transfer or liberal arts program at Lansing Community College, pursuing their first degree, be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits, and maintain a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA.

Business & Economics

  • Allegra Print and Imaging of Okemos Scholarship
    Scholarship recipients must be enrolled in a business program at Lansing Community College and pursuing their first degree.  Preference is given to minority applicants.
  • American Institute of Banking, Lansing, MI Chapter Scholarship
    Scholarship recipients must be enrolled in a business or finance program at Lansing Community College, reside within the LCC district, and be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credits. Financial need will be considered.
  • Capitol Bancorp Community Service Endowed Scholarship
    Scholarship recipients must be enrolled in a business program at Lansing Community College, have a history of volunteer community service, be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits, and maintain a minimum cumulative 2.4 GPA.  Financial need will be considered.
  • CEO Network Scholarship
    Scholarship recipients must be enrolled in a business program at Lansing Community College, pursuing their first degree, reside within the tri-county area, be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits, and maintain a minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA.
  • Colby Scholarship
    Scholarship recipients must be enrolled in a transfer program in business or engineering at Lansing Community College, a graduate of Portland High School or Grand Ledge High School, and maintain a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA.  Financial need will be considered.
  • Dean F. George and Doris M. Hopkins Scholarship
    Scholarship recipients must be enrolled in a business program at Lansing Community College, have demonstrated a high academic achievement for at least 1 year, be enrolled in a minimum of 8 credits, and maintain a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA. 
  • Frandorson/Corr - Endowed Management Scholarship
    Scholarship recipients must be enrolled in a management, marketing, or business program at Lansing Community College, reside within the LCC district, be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credits, and maintain a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA.
  • Frank and Sophia Tegge Scholarship for Business/Finance
    Scholarship recipients must be enrolled in a business or finance program at Lansing Community College, reside within the LCC district, be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credits, and maintain a minimum cumulative 2.75 GPA. 
  • George and Marilyn Nugent and Family Banking and Finance Scholarship
    Scholarship recipients must be enrolled in a business program at Lansing Community College, pursuing a career in banking or finance, be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits, and maintain a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA.
  • Greater Lansing Area Club of the National Association of Negro Business and Professional Women's Clubs, Inc. Scholarship
    Scholarship recipients must be enrolled in a business program at Lansing Community College, pursuing their first degree, be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits, and maintain a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA.  Preference will be given to applicants of African-American origin.

  • Greater Lansing Board of Realtors Education Foundation Scholarship
    Scholarship recipients must be enrolled in real estate classes at Lansing Community College and maintain a minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA.
  • James L. Reutter Business and Technology Careers Scholarship
    Scholarship recipients must be enrolled in a business or technology careers program at Lansing Community College, reside within the LCC district, be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits, and maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA.  Financial need will be considered.
  • Koks/Winegardner Endowed Scholarship
    Scholarship recipients must be enrolled in a business management program at Lansing Community College, be enrolled in a minimum of 9 credits, and maintain a minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA.
  • Richard and Olivia Letts Scholarship
    Scholarship recipients must be enrolled in a business program at Lansing Community College, disadvantaged, be enrolled a minimum of 6 credits, and maintain a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA.  Financial need will be considered.

Accounting

  • Accounting Scholarship
    Scholarship recipients must have completed ACCG 210 & ACCG 211 with a grade of 3.0 or higher, and be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits.
  • Dr. Ronald K. Edwards Memorial Scholarship
    Scholarship recipients must be enrolled in an accounting program at Lansing Community College, be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits, and maintain a minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA.
  • Hulon T. Benson, Jr. Memorial Scholarship by Thomas and Jeffrey Benson
    Scholarship recipients must be enrolled in an accounting program at Lansing Community College, reside within the LCC district, be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credits, and maintain a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA.  Preference will be given to applicants of African-American origin.
  • LCC Star CPA Scholarship
    Scholarship recipients must be enrolled in the Accounting or CPA Exam Preparation program at Lansing Community College, have completed ACCG 210 and ACCG 211 with at least a 3.0 and have a 3.0 minimum cumulative GPA.
  • State Association of Accountants, Auditors and Business Administrators Scholarship
    Scholarship recipients must be enrolled in an accounting program at Lansing Community College taking intermediate or advanced level accounting courses, be enrolled a minimum of 6 credits, and maintain a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA.   Recipients must be recommended by a faculty member from Lansing Community College. 

Hospitality, Travel, and Tourism

  • Joseph P. Sohn Hotel/Motel/Food Service Management Specialist Scholarship
    Scholarship recipients must be enrolled in a hospitality program at Lansing Community College, reside within the LCC district, be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credits, and maintain a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA.  Financial need will be considered.
  • LeRoy and Lois Henry Family Scholarship
    Scholarship recipients must be enrolled in a hospitality program at Lansing Community College, be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits, and maintain a minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA.  Financial need will be considered.

Marketing & Advertising

  • Bernard F. Sr. & Dorothy L. Gaffney Endowed Memorial Scholarship Fund
    Scholarship recipients must be enrolled in a marketing/sales or health careers program at Lansing Community College and reside within the LCC district.
  • Gerald Edward Hause Marketing and Sales Scholarship
    Scholarship recipients must be enrolled in a marketing program at Lansing Community College, pursuing their first degree, be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credits, and maintain a minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA.  Financial need will be considered.
  • John and Martha Aldinger Endowed Scholarship
    Scholarship recipients must be enrolled in an advertising/marketing program at Lansing Community College, be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits, and maintain a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA.
  • Lansing Advertising Club Scholarship
    Scholarship recipients must be enrolled in a program at Lansing Community College leading to a career in advertising (marketing, graphic design, telecommunications, or other related study), be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits, and maintain a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA.  
  • Marketing and Sales Scholarship
    Scholarship recipients must be enrolled in a marketing program at Lansing Community College, be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits, and maintain a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA.  Recipients are encouraged to be active in the LCC Student Marketing Association. 
  • Michael T. Brisbois Sales and Marketing Scholarship
    Scholarship recipients must be enrolled in a marketing program at Lansing Community College, second year students, be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credits, and maintain a minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA.

Communication, Media & Arts

  • 2M - Power Designated Scholarship
    Scholarship recipients must be enrolled in a Communication, Media & Arts Program at Lansing Community College, with a preference for performing arts (theater, dance, music or stage technology), reside within the LCC district or service area, be enrolled in a minimum of 9 credits, and maintain a minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA.  Financial need will be considered.
  • Byrne, Machtel, Sargeant Endowed Scholarship
    Scholarship recipients must be majoring in a performing arts program at Lansing Community College and maintain a minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA.
  • Cathy J. Siebert Stratford Festival Award
    Scholarship recipients must have passed EGN 132 with a minimum grade of 2.0.  Recipients will be awarded funds for travel expenses and theater tickets to attend the Stratford Festival in Stratford Ontario.  Selections are made by a travel award committee.  Following the trip, students are required to submit a portfolio.
  • Dance Scholarship
    Scholarship recipients are selected by the Lansing Community College Performing Arts Department through auditions.
  • Elizabeth L. Anderson Scholarship
    Scholarship recipients must be enrolled in an arts, dance, music, or theater program at Lansing Community College, reside within the LCC district, and be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits.  Financial need will be considered.
  • Hal Gross Communications Scholarship
    Scholarship recipients must be enrolled in a communications program at Lansing Community College, be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credits, and maintain a minimum cumulative 2.6 GPA.
  • Heather Powers Theatre Scholarship
    Scholarship recipients participating in the Stratford Experience or British Theater tour will be given preference. 
  • James P. Platte Memorial Scholarship
    Scholarship recipients must be enrolled in a performing arts, english, or communications program at Lansing Community College, have completed 24 completed credits, be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits, and maintain a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA.
  • Mark Gallup Memorial Scholarship
    Scholarship recipients must be enrolled a communication, media, or arts program at Lansing Community College, be enrolled in a minimum of 9 credits, and maintain a minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA. 
  • Michigan Stage Technician Apprenticeship Program Scholarship
    Scholarship recipients are selected by the Lansing Community College Performing Arts Department.
  • Music Scholarship
    Scholarship recipients are selected by the Lansing Community College Performing Arts Department through audition.
  • Neil S. Nageotte Endowed Scholarship
    Scholarship recipients must be enrolled in a media program at Lansing Community College, reside within the LCC district or service area, and maintain a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA.  
  • Performing Arts Scholarship
    Scholarship recipients are selected by the Lansing Community College Performing Arts Department through audition.
  • Stan Hartman Memorial Theatre Scholarship
    Scholarship recipients must be enrolled in their second or third semester in the Theatre Program at Lansing Community College, reside within the LCC district, be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credits, and maintain a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA.  Financial need will be considered.
  • Ten Pound Fiddle Coffeehouse Scholarship
    Scholarship recipients must be enrolled in the Media Technology/Stage Technology Program at Lansing Community College, completed MTEC120 and MTEC122, be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits, and  maintain a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA.
  • Theater Scholarship
    Scholarship recipients are selected by the Lansing Community College Performing Arts Department through auditions.

Math, Computer Science & Engineering

  • Alton and Jan Granger Scholarship
    Scholarship recipients must be enrolled in the Pre-Engineering Program at Lansing Community College, be a high school graduate from Ingham, Eaton, or Clinton County, be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credits, and maintain a minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA.
  • Clark and Nancy Borgeson Technology Scholarship
    Scholarship recipients must be enrolled in a mathematics, science or technology program at Lansing Community College, be a graduate of Leslie High School, be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits, and maintain a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA.
  • Claude Watson Scholarship
    Scholarship recipients must be enrolled in a mathematics/physics, engineering or computer science program at Lansing Community College, be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits, and maintain a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA.  Financial need will be considered,.
  • Colby Scholarship
    Scholarship recipients must be enrolled in a transfer program in business or engineering at Lansing Community College, be a graduate of either Portland High School or Grand Ledge High School, be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits, and maintain a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA.  Females who have minimal parental support will be given preference.  Financial need will be considered.
  • Dart Foundation Pre-Engineering Scholarship
    Scholarship recipients must be enrolled in the Pre-Engineering Program at Lansing Community College, pursuing their first degree, be enrolled a minimum of 6 credits, and maintain a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA.
  • Jane Repko Memorial Scholarship
    Scholarship recipients must be enrolled in a science, technology, mathematics or engineering program at Lansing Community College, be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits, demonstrate financial need and maintain a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA. 
  • John "Tony" Watson Memorial Scholarship Fund
    Scholarship recipients must be enrolled in a manufacturing, engineering or healthcare program at Lansing Community College and maintain a minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA. Financial need will be considered.

Science

  • Jeff Case Woldumar Internship Award
    Scholarship recipients must submit a project proposal of 600 words or less outlining an educational, instructional, or improvement project to be completed on-site at Woldumar Nature Center.  Scholarship recipients are selected by the Science Department at Lansing Community College.

Social Science & Humanities

  • Anthony and Ruth Drago Scholarship
    Scholarship recipients must be enrolled in an education or social science program at Lansing Community College, reside within the LCC district, be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits, and maintain a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA.  Financial need will be considered.
  • Bill Petry Endowment Scholarship
    Scholarship recipients must be enrolled in a liberal studies program at Lansing Community College leading to a teaching career within the K-12 educational system, full or part-time, and maintain a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA.   Recipients must demonstrate a strong commitment to community service and volunteerism.  Financial need will be considered.
  • Eva L. Evans Education Scholarship
    Scholarship recipients must intend to enter a 4-year institution in the teaching profession, reside within the LCC district, be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits, and maintain a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA.   Recipients who are of African-American origin and volunteer in a school setting will be given preference. 
  • Fred T. and Hazel P. Trebilcock Scholarship
    Scholarship recipients must be pursuing a degree in education, be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits, and maintain a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA.  
  • Joel Ferguson Government and Public Affairs Scholarship
    Scholarship recipients must be pursuing a career in government or public affairs, be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credits, and maintain a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA.,   Financial need will be considered.
  • Treston Davis-Faulkner Scholarship
    Scholarship recipients must be either enrolled in a philosophy, political science, sociology and/or humanities program at Lansing Community College or have demonstrated experience in social activism.  They shall be enrolled as fulltime students with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 and reside within the LCC service area.  Preference will be given to applicants who attended Waverly High School.  Financial need will be considered.
